What we collect

When you send a request we collect the name, company, phone number, email address and city you enter, together with what you tell us about the machine or part you need, and any file you attach. We also record the time of the request and the IP address it came from, which is used to limit automated abuse of the form.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer your request: to prepare a quotation, to reach you about it, and to keep a record of what was quoted. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside Sakkary Machinery except where the law requires.

How long we keep it

Requests are kept while they are live and afterwards as a commercial record, so that a machine supplied years ago can still be identified when you need a spare part for it. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.

Measurement and advertising

This site measures traffic and advertising performance using Google services. That measurement tells us how many requests an advertisement produced; it does not tell us who you are, and it is not combined with the details you type into the form.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email and quote your reference number if you have one. We will act on it.
