Training
A machine performs at the level of the person operating it. Training is where the difference between the two shows up.
Most underperforming machines in Egypt are not faulty. They are running conservative settings because nobody was taught what the machine can actually do, or because the person who knew has left.
Training runs on your machine, with your material, producing your parts. A demonstration block teaches nobody anything they can use the next morning.
